Shipping

A Whole Lotta Bags LLC believes time is important to our customers; we will ship out packages as soon as we can. All packages are shipped via what the customer has requested, once packages are shipped out of our warehouse it is no longer A Whole Lotta Bags LLC responsibility for any shipping issues. We are located in Maine and follow the outbound map UPS or USPS provides (please see UPS or USPS TRANSIT TIME ±). Please schedule your orders carefully. However, next-day, second-day and third-day delivery are available upon your request for an additional charge to be determined at time of shipping, but would need you to contact us as soon as possible (or note on the comment box) of when you will need the packages. Also note, to add insurance to your packages is your responsibility, A Whole Lotta Bags LLC  is not responsible to add insurance on your packages.

Returns

Wholesale Customers: We only allow you to return defective items and they must be returned within 15 days of the invoice date for a store credit (to be used on your next order, which needs to reach the minimum of $100).  To keep these specials going, and help you save money we ask that all returns are shipped at the customer's expense.

No refunds or exchanges are given on closeout (sale) items.
In order to receive refund (store credit) returns must be shipped back to us in as-new condition and with shipping pre-paid.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for refunds to be credited. The store credit is good for full one year.
*There will be 25% restocking fee for the refused or unsatisfactory returns.

Retail Customers: We only allow you to return defective items and they must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a store credit (to be used on your next order). We have the pleasure to offer you all the specials we possibly can. To keep these specials going, and help you save money we ask that all returns are shipped at the customer's expense.
